The new performance management policy for employees came into effect on Thursday 1 November 2012.
This replaces the former Capability policy and procedure. The new policy can be found in section E11 of the Personnel Handbook. New guidance is available for managers on the Managers’ Resource Centre to assist with understanding and applying the new policy and procedure.
A series of Manager Workshops have been arranged across the county and these can be accessed through the LDS.
Managers can also access a supporting e Learning package through Skillport. It would be useful if managers intending to come to the workshops had worked through the e Learning package prior to attending.
