Village Ventures

Village Ventures is a programme, supported and part-funded by the Council, that takes high quality professional drama, dance and music performances out to smaller community venues and rural locations.

From theatre to jazz, cabaret to folk music and dance to children's shows, Village Ventures features a diverse and hugely enjoyable range of performances for all ages.

The scheme is co-ordinated by volunteers who organise the venues for performances, publicise the shows and sell tickets. They do this because they feel strongly that no one should miss out on quality entertainment because of where they live.
