If you're going to be away from the office for a few days, it is best practice to set up your BMS substitutes to allow tasks that are submitted during your absence to be dealt with.
- If you are a manager setting up substitutes will ensure your teams overtime and expense claims are approved before the deadline dates.
- If you are a budget approver or process invoices setting up substitutes will ensure invoices are promptly paid.
