Policy Committee approves 0300 number change

The Policy Committee has approved the 0300 number change for the Customer Service Centre.

The new number - 0300 500 80 80 – will be introduced on Monday 5 November.

Make sure you're ready for the number change by:

altering your electronic templates
using up existing stocks of stationery and letterheads
making sure any new documents include the 0300 number
reprogramming your mobile phone with the new number
reminding colleagues, friends and family about the switch
remembering to update online documents on the Council's website.

The existing 08449 80 80 80 phone number will remain operational to ensure a seamless service for callers.
