A healthy lifestyle can bring great benefit to us all, and HR is currently encouraging Council employees to take positive steps to improve their wellbeing.
If you’re interested in making lifestyle changes or want to know more about how you can better handle a chronic health issue, then come along to the Assembly Hall at County Hall and talk to the experts.
There will be 17 stands with a wide range of information and expertise available. From stopping smoking and losing weight to dealing with diabetes and taking up healthy exercise, there's something to interest everybody.

Employees may attend the event in work time with their managers advance agreement in order to ensure service continuity.
