If you require more comprehensive advice or if you would like an officer to answer a specific query in regard to your business, please contact our office on tel: 01623 452005. If your query is relatively simple and we are able to answer it there and then, we may be able to do so free of charge. There will be a charge for more detailed advice.
Chargeable advice and guidance
Nottinghamshire County Council Trading Standards offers two options for chargeable advice and guidance:
'Pay as you go'
You can ask for a quote each time and pay as and when you need the advice.
Primary Authority Partnership
As part of a Primary Authority Partnership, we can offer a bespoke package of advice and support for businesses that operate in more than one local authority area, when you form a partnership with us.

Business Watch
To help tackle business crime Nottinghamshire Police, working in partnership with other agencies, including Trading Standards, has launched an initiative aimed at reducing business crime and the fear of crime. The aim is to make the Nottinghamshire one of the most prosperous, crime-free counties in the country.
