Auction packages

The County Council occasionally disposes of its properties at auction and by tender in accordance with Financial Regulations in order to obtain the best price.

Properties can include schools, residential homes and land which are no longer being used by the Council because, for example, schools in an area have merged and the property is no longer required. Nottinghamshire County Council will use the money from the sale of these properties or land to reinvest back into Council services.
