Become a Book Donor

You can donate new and used books to Nottinghamshire libraries, provided they are in good condition, and under three years old. We are unable to accept books which are dirty, yellowing or have torn, loose or missing pages.

Library staff will assess donated books and allocate them to the most appropriate library. Any books which we can’t use on our shelves across the County’s libraries will be sold at one of our books sales or recycled, which also helps your libraries.
