Nottinghamshire Archives holds more than 4 million documents.
Documents are grouped together according to the person or organisation that created them. A group of documents is called a collection.
So that depositors, archives staff and researchers know what is held at the Archives, we compile lists or catalogues of the documents in each collection.

New additions
Nottinghamshire Archives regularly receives new acquisitions of material throughout the year.
