Get an annual certificate for use of a privately owned vehicle

If you're using a private vehicle for Council business you need to confirm that you have:

• correct insurance cover
• valid MOT certificate,
• driving licence
• road tax by completing this online form.

To do this you need to complete this form.

Mileage claims will only be paid if this form has been completed and returned. Anyone making a claim without completing the online form will have their claim delayed, until the form has been completed.

The deadline for receipt of travel claims is the 10th of each month.
