Environmental Information Regulations 2004

If the information you are interested in relates to the environment (such as proposed waste management sites or emissions) then it is probably covered by the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).

How can I make an EIR request?

You can telephone the Council on tel: 01777 713800 or 01623 476800, minicom: 01623 476820 or e-mail: enquiries@nottscc.gov.uk or write to an officer or department that you have been dealing with direct. It would help us to process you request if you mention EIR.

Cost

We may charge you a fee for providing the information and for the cost of any copying plus postage. We will tell you first so that you can choose whether to proceed or not.
