Supporting local communities by working with partners to enable growth and regeneration to:

• support community resource centres which offer facilities and one-stop shops for services and advice

• give you more control on what happens in your local area and support you to develop activities, services and assets that benefit your community

• establish, through a structure plan, how much land is needed over the coming years for houses, offices, factories and shops and balancing this against the need to protect our environment.
