For those of you who do not use your bicycles regularly, it is important to make sure that both you and your bike are fit for the event.  If you haven't used your bike for a while, try cycling to work, school, the shops or out into the countryside at weekends.

Free Cycle Training

Free cycle training is available for all levels of ability and is tailored to the needs of each individual trainee.  Training can be on a 1-2-1, family or group basis and you can chose different levels of training aimed at novice, occasional and advanced cyclists.

Cycle training tailor made for your staff is available.  It is easy to organise and involves you in minimal work.  RideWise does all the preparation and training and reports back as they do not want to stop you from going about your daily business.
