Report a problem on the highway
To report a non urgent fault or problem on the highway please phone 08449 80 80 80 or complete our online report a highway problem form.
Complaints procedure
If you wish to complain about the services you receive from a Nottinghamshire County Council Highway Manager, you can either:
- Ask the Highway Manager's Office to complete a complaints form for you and send you a copy
- Ask for a complaints form and prepaid envelope for you to fill in
- Write directly to:

Your complaint will be investigated by the Director of the Communities Department.
If you are still not satisfied then your complaint will be independently investigated by the:
