Operational guidance
The operational guidance has been devised by the Notts Parking Partnership and agreed by all participating authorities to ensure that Penalty Charge Notices issued within the County administrative area are dealt with fairly and consistently. It contains details on how dispensations for parking (permits) will be issued by the Partnership and how any appeals against PCNs will be dealt with. The document is subject to regular review and, when appropriate, updates to reflect developing best practice.
