The Lynx2

The Lynx2 has been launched to provide links between Mansfield, Sutton, Kirkby and Annesley to the Oakham and Sherwood Business Parks as well as to the smaller Industrial Areas along Southwell Lane and Low Moor Road in Kirkby. The aim of the Lynx2 is to provide increased access to work by offering journeys into employment areas not served by the existing bus network and from residential areas that do not currently have a direct service.

The Lynx2 will also offer connections with the 17/18 bus service at Mansfield which in turn runs to the Crown Farm Industrial Estate. Further connections with the Robin Hood Line at Sutton Parkway and Kirkby stations give more options for travel to work by public transport.
