Shopmobility

Shopmobility schemes lend manual wheelchairs and powered wheelchairs and scooters to members of the public with limited mobility. The schemes are available to anyone with a permanent or temporary injury, you do not have to be registered disabled to use them.

You will be provided with appropriate training to use the wheelchair or scooter and some schemes may be able to offer you a volunteer escort.

Shopmobility schemes operate in a number of towns, cities and shopping centres. As each scheme operates slightly differently we advise you to contact the one you wish to use before your visit.
