Social care services comments and complaints
We encourage your comments, whether good or bad. Tell us if you are pleased with your service. It is helpful to know when things are right. We also want to know when you are unhappy with the service, so that we can try to put things right.
What you tell us about our services helps us to plan for the future and improve our service.
If you are unhappy with the service you receive, then first of all, talk to the staff or the managers of the service involved. They may not be aware that there is a problem, and they may be able to sort things out for you.
If you are still unsatisfied after this, you can make a formal complaint.
When you contact the Customer Relations Service with a complaint, they must acknowledge it within 5 working days, and they must respond to it within 28 working days.
