Day Care
We do not charge for day care, including our day care services at resource centres and day centres.
Meals
Charges for meals vary depending on what you have.
- Meals at Home - the standard charge for a hot delivered meal is £2.30.

- Lunch clubs - prices vary depending on your meal
- Cafeteria - you pay separately for each item.
Transport
We charge a flat rate of £2.10 a day for our day services transport.
Home Care, Supported Living, Extra care supported housing
The charge for these services is £8.71 per hour up to a maximum of £77.00 per week.
If you are on a low income you will pay less or, in some cases, nothing at all.
However, you will not have to pay more than £77.00 per week no matter how many hours you have or how high your income and savings.
We will carry out a financial assessment to work out how much you have to pay. We will also offer you welfare rights advice to make sure you get all the social security benefits you are entitled to.
If you have high disability costs and you get disability benefits like Attendance Allowance, we may be able to reduce your charges. Discuss this with the person who did your community care assessment the first time.

Charges for Residential Care
If you go into a care home, you must pay something toward the cost of your residential care. If you have less than £22,250 capital you will not pay for the full amount.

Supporting People
If you are paying for Supporting People services and you do not qualify for free services, we may be able to help with the cost. Your Supporting People service provider will give you full details and help you to apply.
