The Supporting People Partnership directs housing-related support services in Nottinghamshire.

The Partnership plans, monitors performance, reviews and funds providers of the county's housing-related support services. This includes services for over 20,000 people in:

  • supported housing
  • women's refuges
  • supported living schemes
  • sheltered accommodation
  • floating support services.

The Partnership does this to:

  • support people to enable them to live independently
  • ensure that providers give quality, value for money services that complement other related services and meet local need.

The Partnership is made up of :

  • the County Council
  • seven District Councils
  • three Primary Care Trusts
  • the Probation Service
