Supporting People Partnership in Nottinghamshire
The Supporting People Partnership in Nottinghamshire brings together the County Council, District Councils, Primary Care Trusts and the Probation Service to direct housing related support services in the County.
The Partnership plans, monitors performance, reviews and funds providers of the county's housing-related support services. This currently includes services for around 17,500 people in:
- hostels
- women's refuges
- supported living schemes
- sheltered accommodation
- floating support services.
The Partnership does this to:
- support people to enable them to live independently
- ensure that providers give quality, value for money services that complement other related services and meet local need.
