Supporting People Partnership in Nottinghamshire
The Supporting People Partnership directs housing-related support services in Nottinghamshire.
The Partnership plans, monitors performance, reviews and funds providers of the county's housing-related support services. This includes services for over 20,000 people in:
- supported housing
- women's refuges
- supported living schemes
- sheltered accommodation
- floating support services.
The Partnership does this to:
- support people to enable them to live independently
- ensure that providers give quality, value for money services that complement other related services and meet local need.
The Partnership is made up of :
- the County Council
- seven District Councils
- three Primary Care Trusts
- the Probation Service
