Middle Street Resource Centre Introduction
What happens at the Middle Street Resource Centre?
Our mental health day centre provides support, during the day, for people with mental health difficulties. This support takes the form of therapeutic, leisure, education and social activities. There are also a variety of groups and activities that take advantage of mainstream community resources.such as leisure centres and colleges.
Members and staff work together to plan all aspects of centre life.
The centre is open from 9am to 4pm each weekday with group sessions running morning and afternoon.
Food is available in our cafeteria as well as tea and coffee throughout the day on a self-serve basis.
The centre offers a wide range of facilities including an information centre, internet-enabled computers, sports and music equipment, craft and art workshops, gardens and areas to socialise and chill out. We are located close to Beeston High Street which members can make good use of as they wish.
