We provide help to people with mental health problems and their carers.

Support in hospital

If you are about to leave hospital, you may need some extra help at home for a while, or you may need to go into a residential home, until you have fully recovered. We can help with these things.

Healthier Communities

We work with local Primary Care Trusts and District Councils on programmes to improve the general health of people in Nottinghamshire.

A Picture of Health

The NHS in Nottinghamshire recently launched a new vision called 'A Picture of Health'.  It shows a way forward for the development of local NHS services. You can see and comment on this vision by visiting the Nottinghamshire PCT website.  The closing date for comments is 16 July.
