Pathfinders Childrens Trusts
The Government has set up Pathfinder Children’s Trusts as a way to support, develop and enhance the partnership of all the public and voluntary sector agencies providing services to children.
Nationally the Department for Education and Skills has set up 35 Pathfinder Children’s Trusts sites as pilot schemes. Nottinghamshire is one of these and is looking at the needs of disabled children and young people and their families and carers.
A monthly newsletter published by the Nottinghamshire Pathfinder Children’s Trust to inform the people of Nottinghamshire about the work of the Trust is available to download below. The newsletter will be used to invite people’s comments about the work of the Trust and for the sharing of good practice.
