Strategy for Carers 2007/09
This strategy describes how we intend to continue to develop services for carers during the period 2007 - 2009.
The strategy concerns carers of adults (people over 18) who have community care needs, young carers (children under 18) and carers of disabled children.
It has been developed in consultation with carers, service users and parners.
From this strategy, practical plans will be developed and regularly reviewed to make sure that the strategy is put into practice.
