Events and displays

There are a wide range of events, displays and activities taking place throughout the year at Nottinghamshire libraries to celebrate the National Year of Reading.

Events are listed by area:

North area events
This includes: Misterton, Langold, Worksop, Retford, Tuxford, Balmoral, Carlton-in-Lindrick and Bircotes libraries.

South area events
This includes: Cotgrave, Beeston, West Bridgford, Ruddington, Bingham, Radcliffe, East Leake, Keyworth, Stapleford, Inham Nook, Toton, Sutton Bonington and Gotham libraries.

East area events
This includes: Southwell, Newark, Balderton, Bilsthorpe, Dukeries, Edwinstowe, Farnsfield, Lowdham and Ollerton libraries.

West area events
This includes: Forest Town, Selston, Clipstone, Mansfield, Ladybrook, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Mansfield Woodhouse, Warsop, Skegby, Huthwaite, Jacksdale, Annesley Woodhouse and Rainworth libraries.

Central area events
This includes: Eastwood, Arnold, Woodthorpe, Hucknall, Kimberley, Edgewood, Mapperley, Gedling, Carlton, Carlton Hill, Ravenshead, Blidworth, Calverton and Burton Joyce libraries.
