Playsport - Invasion

The Invasion coach aims to develop skills and movement’s predominately suitable for sports which involve attacking and defending through invading opponents territory i.e.

• hockey
• football
• netball
• rugby
• basketball

Key areas worked on are co-ordination skills, improved balance, specific sport movement patterns, activities that aim to improve spatial awareness and principles of attacking and defending as a team or as an individual.
