Rufford Craft Centre boasts a picturesque location at the heart of the 150 acre Rufford Abbey Country Park. Visit the Craft Centre Gallery which has a long history of high quality exhibitions. Running between 17 November and 3 January ' No such thing as society' a photographic exhibition exploring the family history of Nottinghamshire citizens created by Ian Blyth.

Be inspired to try something hands on from our wide range of public workshops which take place in the Creative Learning Centre, which is also the venue for our schools’ education programme.

Take a stroll to the Orangery where you will find our collection of contemporary ceramics or wander through the formal gardens where you can discover over 20 sculptures.

We host the international ceramics fair Earth and Fire and take part in national arts campaigns such as The Big Draw.

Why not make a day of it? The park offers more to explore; the ruins of the medieval monastery, gardens, woodland walks, children's play village and the picturesque lake. If you need refreshments you can stop off at the café or restaurant.
