Nottinghamshire County Council's arts team is responsible for supporting and running arts events across the county. It also provides financial support for many independent arts organisations.

The range of arts events and activities includes a county-wide programme of professional touring theatre, film presentations, a programme of exhibitions and arts workshops at Rufford Craft Centre, an orchestral concert season at the Royal Concert Hall and participatory arts work in communities.

The arts service also provides support for creative industries, community groups and schools.
