Library

There is an extensive reference library of books, pamphlets and journals on Nottinghamshire history, (The Lord Belper Library) and also on general history, archives and genealogy - these can be consulted at any time.

Conservation advice

Conservation staff can advise on the storage, condition and conservation of archives held by individuals or organisations, but regretably cannot undertake private conservation work.

Room hire

The Meetings Room is available for hire on weekdays for meetings of up to 20 people or training/lecture sessions of up to 35 people. Projectors and refreshment facilities can be provided. Nottingham is centrally situated within the country and the Archives building is within five minutes walk from the Railway Station. Terms on request.
