The Semi-official category brings together the records of several types of different administrative organisations, including poor law unions, hospitals, collieries and the Inland Revenue.

Central Electricity Generating Board

Reference: SO/NH Coverage: from 1899 Administrative and financial records of: Nottinghamshire Insurance Committee; Nottinghamshire Care Association for Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases; Nottinghamshire branch of the British Social Hygiene Council; Nottingham County and City Executive Committee; Nottinghamshire Family Health Services Authority.

Water Authority
Reference: SO/WA Coverage: 1926 - 1959 Three minute books relating to meetings of the Sherwood Area Water Authorities, including minutes of the Technical sub-committee.
