Minute books
Coverage: mid 19th - 20th centuries
Minute books recording the meetings of various groups, including Church Meetings, Deacons' Meetings, meetings of Trustees and meetings of Sunday School Teachers. They provide information on church policy, administration, finance and other matters.

Coverage: 19th - 20th century
Treasurers' account books and ledgers recording financial matters.
Registers of members
Coverage: 19th - 20th centuries
Lists of members of the Baptist Church, which can include details of baptisms, transfers to other churches, lapses in attendance and deletion from membership. The variety and quantity of membership records varies considerably between churches.
