Coping Listen 4 a change!
For everybody sometimes it’s difficult to cope with all the things that are going on. It’s very hard to deal with problems that lots of your friends don’t have to, it can make it harder to find things out as well.
In this section of the website we’ve tried to find some websites that have been written with the help of young people going through some of the same experiences.
At Ease: www.rethink.org/at-ease - looks at how people think about both positive and negative things that happen, it gives you a chance to just watch how things work out for different people.
Cafcass: www.cafcass.gov.uk - gives you lots of information on family law. They’ve done a really good job of making it easy to read. If you are or have been involved with family court it’s a good place to get answers to any questions you might have.
Rizer: www.rizer.co.uk – This site is about young people and the law, it’s got loads of facts and you get the chance to say what you think should happen. When you see the advice you can really tell young people wrote it.
