From Derby and M1 (Junction 25 of M1)

Take the A52 signposted Nottingham.  At roundabout just after leaving the M1 turn left onto Toton Lane, b6003, SIGNPOSTED Stapleford.  Go straight through the traffic lights in Stapleford – police station on right, then continue for about 1 mile until you see the “Man of Iron” on right.  Take the next left which is Moorbridge Lane.  Clayfields House driveway is on the right hand side of the road situated between houses by some small concrete bollards on the grass verge.

From Nottingham

On A52 towards Derby, approaching Bramcote Island, remain in the outside lane and take the exit to right A6007 signposted Ilkeston.  Continue along this road over two mini roundabouts close together until you reach the third mini roundabout.  Turn left and take the second turning on the right which is Moorbridge Lane.  The drive to Clayfields House is situated on the right between houses by some small concrete bollards on the grass verge.

Proceed up the drive and bear round to the left and stop in front of the gates and press the bell push on the green post.  Follow the instruction given over the intercom.  If you are asked to drive into the garage Please remain in the car until the doors are fully closed.

All other visitors proceed to the car park area and report to the main reception.
