How do I order?

You can order by telephone, post or e-mail

Our librarians will compile a collection for you and we will deliver it to school at no extra cost.

What information should I give?

Please provide:

• School name and address
• Teacher’s name
• Date required by
• Number of items required
• Age/ability of children
• Topic – give as much information as possible on aspects to be covered and whether we should include:
  • Fiction relating to the subject
  • Big books
  • Multiple copies
  • Specific titles or formats.

How long does a mail order request take?

Requests are dealt with in the order of receipt.  We try to deliver them to school within two weeks, but it can take longer in busy periods, for example, around school holidays.

How do I return my collection?

Ring us and let us know when you have something ready for return and we will collect.

Please ensure that all resource collections to be returned to ELS are securely boxed and that the boxes used are both sturdy and of a size that can easily be carried.  For health and safety reasons we have instructed our drivers not to collect items that do not conform to these guidelines.
