School Workforce Development

The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) web pages are being developed to support all staff in schools and all professionals who support education across Nottinghamshire.
We have recently changed the format of the site in order to accommodate more areas, as we respond to the changes brought about by workforce reform and the move to children and young people’s services

WE HAVE MOVED!!

The Eastbourne Centre and Peter Donnelly Centre have moved to their new base.
Lawn View House, 40 Station Road, Sutton in Ashfield, Notts, NG17 5GA
Tel: 01623 434000 (ask for education and training)
Fax 01623 434128

News and Events

We will endeavour to maintain our News Page with daily updates.
We have divided the CPD news page into ‘CPD news’ (with updates and reminders about training and conferences running locally) and ‘other news’ (with updates on other development opportunities - national, regional and local).

CPD Events

The CPD Events pages provide information about Local Authority training, conferences and development programmes.
Training events and conferences can be applied for on line
Currently the events pages are organised under the headings of four local authority service areas:  Early Years and Child care; Inclusion Services Group (SEN); School Improvement Service; Workforce Remodelling.
You can search for an event by key words, date, phase or curriculum area.
