Nottinghamshire County Council prides itself on providing support throughout the adoption process and beyond.

So for prospective adopters and adoptive parents, we offer a series of informative sessions that are helpful and fun. Often featuring key speakers with extensive experience in their field, the sessions are run throughout the year in various locations across the county.

Contact – a workshop for adoptive parents

This mandatory course for all post approval adopters explores how contact can meet the needs of adopted children.
