Guidance on the Validation of Planning Applications
Members have now approved the Guidance on the Validation of Planning Applications and the supplementary checklists.This guidance now constitutes the County's formal requirements in terms of the validity of planning applications. All new planning applications will be assessed against the criteria set out in the guidance. Please see the links below to view or download the guidance.
