Copies of Committee Agendas, Minutes of previous meetings and Officers reports are available to view by clicking on the relevant Planning and Licensing Committee Date.
Minutes from the meeting are available within a week of the meeting approving them, usually the next committee following consideration of the application.
The documents are made available for viewing five working days before the date of the committee.
