Nottinghamshire County Council is the local planning authority responsible for determining “County Matter” applications, which include proposals for Mineral Development.

Before you submit your application you should read the Guidance Notes which covers the legislative and planning policy background and explains how your application will be dealt with.

The guidance notes, forms, and fees are available to download in the table below in both PDF pdf logo and Word word logo formats.

Once you have downloaded and completed the planning application forms they need to signed and dated.  The forms need to be accompanied by the relevant ownership certificate, necessary plans, supporting statement and a fee.   The forms should then be sent to this address.
