New Planning Application Forms

On 6 April 2008 new national standard planning application forms (known as 1APP) were introduced. These forms replace all existing planning application forms except those used for Minerals applications.

Applicants wishing to submit Minerals applications should continue to use the existing Nottinghamshire County Council forms. For all other applications, including Waste or County Council developments, the new forms must be used.

The new forms can be obtained by contacting us on tel: 0115 977 4277, from Nottinghamshire County Planning Services at e-mail: county.planning@nottscc.gov.uk or can be downloaded online: 1APP forms. The forms can be completed and sent to us by post or electronically, along with all supporting documents.

The standard application forms are being introduced in parallel with the new requirements for validating planning applications based upon national and local requirements.

You can fill in the online minerals application form below and submit it electronically, and either post the plans and supporting documents or attach them as electronic files (PDF, JPEG, PNG and MS Word files only please). Do not forget to complete the signatory field on the certificates. Online payment for applications submitted this way will be implemented shortly, in the mean time you will need to post your payment to us.

Alternatively you can complete the postal application forms (available below) and submit by post, once you have completed all the appropriate fields. The postal application forms are available below to download as a PDF version to print out and fill in by hand.
