Cycle Training

We offer Child Cycle Training to enable children to ride their bikes in a safer manner and with more confidence.  This training is undertaken in schools.

If however you are all grown up and would like to start cycling or maybe haven't been on a bike for a few years, we can offer Adult Cycle Training through our Ridewise Partnership.  Ridewise is a cycle training scheme designed specifically for adults that aims to provide people with the confidence to ride a bike safely, enjoyably and comfortably in today's traffic conditions.

The courses are designed to meet your needs and are led by trained and experienced cyclists, and will also provide you with tips on cycle maintenance and what types of clothing you should wear.
