Rufford Abbey once again hosts a weekend of nostalgia and fun, remembering those wartime days when England "Kept the Home Fires Burning". Enjoy the sights and sounds of the 1940s, with a fantastic weekend of living history as historical re-enactors bring the past to life in the picturesque setting of Rufford Abbey Country Park.

Feel free to dress up in your 1940s finery and add to the atmosphere as you take a walk down memory lane.

Parking costs £10 per car (there is no admission charge to the event) - so bring the whole family and make a day of it.
