Southwell Minster Archives
Our Wednesday Workshops usually take place on the third Wednesday of each month and provide a great opportunity to find out more about different types of archives. Why not give them a try?
The Southwell Chapter was an important religious body in Nottinghamshire from the Saxon period to the nineteenth century. Its records are a great source of information for church history and the lives of ordinary people, from courts to schools, marriages to wills.
The workshop will last one hour.
