Purpose of the Plan

The first Rights of Way Improvement Plan for Nottinghamshire, published in 2007, is available to view below. It was developed through research, and refined through public consultation on a draft plan during summer 2007.

Published in accordance with the Countryside and Rights of Way (CRoW) Act 2000, it assesses Nottinghamshire's current path network and its ability to cope with future needs. It sets out series of actions designed to improve the path network for residents and visitors.
