Discover Robin Hood educational programme

Discover Robin Hood will be an exceptional learning experience for school children and adults alike and it will give local communities a chance to engage with cultural activities.

The Discover Robin Hood educational programme will be closely aligned with the national curriculum and QCA scheme of work, as well as the Discovery Attractions Ranger program and will offer significant educational opportunities for local communities through teacher-led and ranger-based hands-on learning experiences.

There will be a particular emphasis on environmental education, but core curriculum subjects will be covered too, offering a valuable mechanism by which communities will be reached, and people can aspire to better things.

The Education Suite will be a base for Discovery Attractions Education Programme providing teaching and classroom space and that all important space where school parties can leave their bags and eat packed lunches.
