Country parks in Nottinghamshire

Get outdoors, reconnect with nature, and explore the beauty of the changing seasons! Our country parks were set up thirty years ago. Today, they're used by over a million people a year, from local residents and school groups to overseas tourists. We have special events too, from wildlife walks at leafy Bestwood Country Park to a 1940s weekend in the grounds of historic Rufford Abbey.
