Virtual school and aid package deliveries
St Giles School in Retford has been providing online resources, and even holding virtual assemblies and classes for parents and pupils. They plan to launch St Giles TV later in April.
They have been so successful that parents of other special needs children, who don't attend the school, have asked for help and support while their children are at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
School staff have also been delivering medication, school meal vouchers and specialist equipment to those who need them.
