Objections to admission arrangements

Once all arrangements have been determined, arrangements can be objected to and referred to the Schools Adjudicator whose decision is binding and enforceable. Objections to admission arrangements for entry in September 2018 must be referred to the Adjudicator by 15 May 2017. The Schools Adjudicator may investigate the admission arrangements of any school that the Adjudicator considers do not or may not comply with the mandatory requirements of the School Admissions Code or the law.
