The high ropes have various challenges, which all take place above the ground with the protection of a safety rope. The Jacobs Ladder involves three people working together to get to the top, whereas the Pamper Pole is more of a personal challenge and trust in others.

Sailing is all about the wind, the water, the boat and you. Boats can be sailed single handed, as a pair, or a group of five can go out with an instructor in a Cornish Coble which is particularly suitable for disability groups.
