Choosing the right ceremony for you
The popular enhanced ceremony allows you as a couple to plan your wedding ceremony with the opportunity to include music, readings and your own vows. These can be held in our registration offices or other registered venues in Nottinghamshire, such as hotels or stately homes.
The standard ceremony contains the necessary legal requirements without any personalisation, readings or music. These are held in registration offices only.
Nottinghamshire wedding celebrants also provide celebratory ceremonies in other locations, or for example on return from marriage overseas, giving family and friends the opportunity to share the experience and hear you say “I do”.
Thinking of an outdoor ceremony? Our registrars can do that too. Our professional celebrants can help you plan an indoor/outdoor ceremony where the legal requirements take place in a licenced venue and a wedding ceremony can take place outside – weather permitting.
Nottinghamshire wedding celebrants also provide celebratory ceremonies in other locations, or for example on return from marriages overseas, giving family and friends the opportunity to share the experience and hear you say ‘I do’.
If choosing to celebrate in Nottinghamshire at one of our approved venues your ceremony will automatically be an enhanced ceremony.
Please note that since the different types of ceremony are subject to different conditions including time of day, number of guests, price and location, it is important that you contact us for advice and to discuss your wishes in detail.
